Order Your School Supplies for Next Year By June 17 - SLES PTA is again partnering with SchoolKidz to provide easy access to school supplies that your kids will need next year.  Kits are pre-ordered and then delivered to your child's classroom before school starts next year.  This is a completely voluntary program.  If you would like to purchase a school supplies box for next year, order online here.


Save the Date - Friday May 20 - End of Year Picnic (6 - 8 p.m.)!!!   It’s time to celebrate with the kids and other SLES families. Dj, Games, Food Trucks, Ice Cream and fun!   Bring Cash for food.  More details coming soon.

Seven Locks PTA

Next Counselor Coffee on Tuesday, May 17 10-11am.  Please join Mrs. Steinberg, our School Counselor and other parents in this open monthly roundtable for lively discussions and great practical advice from local experts in their field.  This month’s therapists are from the Expressive Therapy Center.​
Topic: How to Deal with Your Childs Frustration, Anger and Moods From Meltdown to Cooperation.

Wildcats Service Award Opportunity:  Book Drive, to benefit Children’s National Medical Center Emergency Room.  Over 115,000 kids use the emergency room every year at this center and they strive to send each child home with an age appropriate book.  Have your child clean their bookshelves and brighten the day of another child. New and gently used books accepted through June 1st in the front lobby donation bin.   Plus, it’s a way for your child to earn one of their “paws” for the Wildcats Service Award, also due June 1st.
