Your child attended an in-school presentation on September 20 about the Wildcats Service Award program. Please see our Community Service page to see the presentation, download the Service Award Form and to see a list of other community service opportunities at Seven Locks. Serving our community is one of the Wildcat Ways so let’s encourage our kids to help in any way they can.

Seven Locks Helps Others with KINDH!
Seven Locks is partnering with KINDH, a local nonprofit that serves local, low-income families during the holiday season. We will help provide for 18 different families across the local area to fulfill the families' wish lists. Each of our 18 classrooms will adopt a family and do a collection based on the family's holiday wish lists.
More information will be forthcoming from your child’s room parents who will also set up a SignupGenius to organize the collection process. There will also be an opportunity for some SLES families to volunteer to assist with gift-wrapping on December 14. More info will follow on this as well. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Seven Locks PTA
SGA Pajama Day: The SGA is raising money for new recess equipment through a series of spirit day fundraisers. The first spirit day is Pajama Day, which will take place on Friday, November 30th. Students who participate are encouraged to donate $1.00 (or whatever they can contribute) to raise funds for new recess equipment. The money will be collected in homeroom classes on the morning of November 30th. The SGA officers are super excited to see all the Seven Locks students in their pajamas on Friday!

Still Need Lunch and Recess Volunteers
If you are able to sign up for a lunch/recess block consistently or periodically, the school would appreciate it. They plan to use these additional volunteers to help with different zones on the playground to provide additional support to students on the basketball court, soccer field and/or kickball field. Please click this link to sign up to volunteer.
