Collecting Box Tops for Education

Fun Fact: Every single box top that we submit earns our school 10 cents! Just think of how much we could raise if everyone at the school submitted all the box tops that usually get thrown in the recycling bin! It's easy to help.  Just grab a bag, label it "Box Tops" and keep it in your kitchen.  Every time you see a box top, tear it off and throw it in the bag. We will cut them down to size, so you can literally send in a chunk of the box if you can't find your kitchen shears! The student who brings in the most box tops will get to treat his or her classmates to popsicles during lunch! Please submit your bag, with your student & teacher name included, to the front office no later than 10/25, c/o Box Tops. Please contact Sienna Johnson, siennafawn@yahoo.com with questions.

Attention All Artists!  Reflections Art Program—Entries Due November 16.

Community Service - the Wildcat Ways!

Your child attended an in-school presentation on September 20 about the Wildcats Service Award program.  Please see our Community Service page to see the presentation, download the Service Award Form and to see a list of other community service opportunities at Seven Locks. Serving our community is one of the Wildcat Ways so let’s encourage our kids to help in any way they can.

Here's the scoop!!

Join the PTA and Verify Your Information Today!
I scream, you scream...it's time to join the PTA! Join now and help your child win an ice cream party for their entire class! There will be a winning class per grade level. You also have a chance to win an Amazon or Potomac Pizza gift card. You must sign up for the PTA by October 12 to be eligible for the drawing.  But... HOW DO I JOIN?

We've made it easy to join the PTA and verify your school directory information at the same time. On July 26, you should have received an email from the SLES PTA Membership Co-Chairs regarding the PTA Directory. In order to be listed in the Seven Locks PTA Directory, you will need to VERIFY your information by following steps outlined in that message. During this process you can JOIN and DONATE to the PTA.

Click, click, DONE! Cross this off your back-to-school checklist right now. If you didn't receive the email or just can't find it (we've been there!),  please email the Co-Chairs, Emily or Lisa and we can help!
