Beginning French (Lango) - Grades K-5

Mondays, 8:05-9:05 a.m. starting January 14th
Cost: $202 -- 8 week session

Learn a new language, make developmental strides, explore other cultures all while making friends. Our highly engaging language classes use music, game, art and stories to teach kids new languages. Lango provides a strong cultural emphasis in our elementary language lessons, in the customs and traditions of foreign-speaking peoples. While a simple literacy component ensures that these students not only listen, speak, sing and play in the target language, but read and write as well. Our curriculum takes students on imaginary journeys where they work on fun problem solving adventures built around cultural themes.


MusicStart Keyboarding - Grades K-3

Mondays, 8:05-9:05 a.m. starting January 14th
Cost: $189 -- 8 week session

MusicStart® is a patented progressive music learning system that balances fun and development of skills. Using familiar songs, it teaches all the necessary basics to get started playing music. The MusicStart® Keyboard is especially designed for learning. It uses 4 instructive Attachments that vary the challenge from color matching to letter matching to note matching and reading standard musical notation. Yoga for Kids (Simon Says Yoga) - Grades K-5 - FULL

Young children can enjoy the benefits of yoga while acting like animals in nature, playing yoga freeze dance, learning to breathe and enjoying moments of quiet and relaxation.

Wednesdays, 8:25-9:10 a.m. starting January 16th

Amusement Park Island

For Grades K-2: Monday, 4-5pm, starting January 14th

Cost: $142 - 8 sessions

Challenge Island® is where engineering meets imagination! It’s a one of a kind enrichment program on the cutting edge of S.T.E.A.M(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) Education and 21st Century Learning. Inspired by a popular reality TV show, each semester of Challenge Island takes place on a unique thematic island where our adventurous tribes tackle high -level thinking and engineering challenges at whimsical weekly destinations. This session’s challenges will take place on the action packed Amusement Park Island where You and a tribeful of friends will create thrill rides galore at exciting destinations like Roller Coaster Cliff, Zipline Zone, and Spinning Waters.  Amusement Park Island promises to be the hottest ticket around, so reserve your spot soon.


Chess at SLES (Silver Knights) - Grades K-5

For Grades K-5: Mondays, 4-5pm starting January 14th

Cost: $184 - 8 sessions

We will split time between lesson and play. Lessons range from learning the rules to advanced tournament strategies, depending on the children. State and national champions have come from our programs, but most of our students are just looking to have fun! Play time is structured to pair each student against an opponent of similar skill.


Hip Hop Dance Classes (Ms. Janice) - Grades 2-5
For Grades 2-5: Mondays, 4-5pm starting January 14th
Cost: $163 - 8 sessions

Come learn some COOL Hip Hop moves at Seven Locks this spring!!! The class will be fun, functional and funky as we sharpen memory recall, communication and interactive skills.  We will share our new moves and choreography with our parents at a "performance" on the last class! Please complete the registration form and turn it into the school office attention "PTA enrichment Hip Hop"


STEM Challenge with LEGO Materials

For Grades 3-5: Mondays, 4-5pm starting January 14th
Cost: $163 - 8 sessions

Gear up your engineering skills with Play-Well TEKnologies and tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Apply real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture through engineer-designed projects such as: Forklifts, Houseboats, Mini Golf Courses, and the London Tower Bridge Design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment. There are no prerequisites for this course.


Art Explorers (Somaribba Art) - Grades K-5
For Grades K-5: Wednesdays, 4-5pm starting January 16th
Cost: $236 - 8 week session

This fun and educational 8 week workshop is an introduction to fundamental techniques, concepts and tools to develop skills in Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, Printmaking and Collage. Students will develop their creativity and build knowledge, confidence, and vocabulary by exploring the Elements of Art: space, line, shape, color, texture, value and form while creating representational artworks from observation as well as abstract compositions created from the simplification of objects or from imagination.


Ballet (On Your Toes Dancing) - Grades K-3
Wednesdays, 4-5pm starting January 16th
Cost: $163 - 8 week session

Your child will experience the FUN AND GRACE of ballet as we run, leap, and twirl while learning basic ballet terminology. We will use props, “costumes”, and memorable songs as we increase coordination, build our gross motor skills, and develop listening skills too! We will perform for our parents/guests on the last day of class!


Build: Coding Foundations (Coder Kids) - Grades K-2
For Grades K-2: Mondays, 4-5pm starting January 16th
Cost: $241 - 8 sessions

In Coding Foundations, our youngest Coder Kids embark on their journey to computer science mastery. Coder Kids are introduced to computer science concepts like sequences, conditionals, loops, and functions through a series of fun and interactive exercise on the Kodables platform. In addition, Coder Kids get a chance to be creative by using Scratch to make their own simple programs. No reading experience required!


Show Me Science- Grades 3-5

Wednesdays, 4-5pm starting January 16th

Cost: $215 - 8 week session

Show Me The Science brings science to life with interactive experiments and demonstrations spanning physics, astronomy, chemistry and engineering. We'll build rockets, explore with dry ice and a vacuum chamber, engineer structures, mix chemical concoctions, learn about electricity with experiments that make hair stand on end, and much much more!


Intro to STEM with LEGO materials (Well TEKnologies) - Grades K-2

Grades K-2: Fridays, 4-5pm starting January 18th

Cost: $163 - 8 week session

Let your imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Build engineer-designed projects such as: Trains, Helicopters, Treehouses, and Beam Bridges. Design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment. There are no prerequisites for this course.


Performance: Coding Python Cryptography

Grades 3-5: Fridays, 4-5pm starting January 18th
Cost: $241 - 8 week session

In this course, Coder Kids will learn about how computers can be used to code and decode secret messages. Coder Kids will use their Python skills to code ciphers from history, and learn about the techniques that are commonly used to break secret codes. As Coder Kids advance in this series of courses, they learn about the how modern encryption works to protect their personal information, and how they can write their own secure software using symmetric and public key encryption. Topics Understand list data structure in Python and utilize both 2D and 3D lists Encode and decode a reverse cipher Encode and decode a basic number cipher Encode and decode a basic Caesar cipher Design a cipher of their own


Super Spanish - Grades K-5

Grades K-5: Fridays, 4-5pm starting January 18th

Cost: $227 - 8 week session
Our curriculum teaches using fun, hands-on games and activities that mirror using Spanish in everyday life. Our native and experienced teachers know how to get kids speaking Spanish, at times without them even realizing it!
Your time and your children’s time is valuable. It is our responsibility to make sure that the time your students spend with us is worthwhile. Our promise to you: We will do our very best so that your children enjoy, learn and retain Spanish from our program. All three of these tenets are necessary for a successful Spanish program and your children will receive all of them with us.
